Growth in the different types of educational and occupational opportunities available for the people of Columbus, and growth in the number of individuals to which such opportunities are open.
Growth in regional levels of biodiversity, and growth in the quality of the air that we breathe, and of the water in the rivers that weave throughout our urban core.
Growth in the expansion of sustainably run, locally owned businesses, and growth of strategic partnerships, which leverage resources between and build solidarity throughout the communities of Columbus.
Finally, we are a collective that aims to always be growing— in perspective, in scale, and in scope— in response to the ever-changing challenges presented by the world around us.
The Columbus Growing Collective is an emerging group dedicated to propagating progress through sustainable agriculture. Together, we strive to promote agricultural initiatives as a platform for working toward larger social and environmental objectives, such as: strengthening our local food system, improving health and wellness, and encouraging solidarity within and between the communities of Columbus.
